What is the minimum/maximum age you treat?
We only see clients who are 18+ in our clinic. I is possible to take a minor for micro suction but this is not a service we offer at this time.
There is no upper age limit for the services we offer.

Micro suction is considered by the medical profession to be the gold standard for wax removal as it is incredibly safe. However as any procedure there are limited risks.
You may need to return to the clinic for a 2nd or 3rd appointment as we or anyone else can't guarantee that all wax will be possible to remove in one session.
When anything is put inside an ear canal there is a risk of damaging the skin on the canal wall. this is very rare and if it does happen very easy to treat so no need to let this hold you back.
If you suffer from tinnitus then there is a chance the noise of the procedure will make you more aware of any sounds you normally hear. These effects are temporary and ware off within a few hours.

The to main advantages are that is it a dry procedure which dramatically reduces any chance of infection and we use an Otoscope so can look inside the ear and fully see what we are doing.

Yes! Being a smaller family run firm we can do same day appointments, these will often consist of an evening home visit as clinics are usually fully booked a few days ahead of time.

Yes! They are one of leading causes of people needing to come see us at a clinic. A few sprays with Earol is a far better option.
